The short answer
We build app-like customer journeys using WhatsApp messaging, Flows and connected systems. The interface can live inside WhatsApp; your database, business rules and permissions live in a secure backend. We help choose the provider, build the integrations and test the whole journey.
More than a reply bot
A useful WhatsApp application can show available appointments, capture a service request, retrieve an authorised order or let a customer change a booking. The defining feature is the completed task: a real record changes in the right system, and both the customer and your team know what happened. Meta’s Flows feature supports structured customer interactions within WhatsApp.
Keep the systems you already rely on
We start with your booking software, CRM, shop or operations database. If an API supports the required action, we connect it through a backend or an orchestration tool such as n8n. If it does not, we agree a human approval step or a different approach. A language model should never invent stock levels, prices, availability or a successful payment.
Add the right kind of voice
Voice notes can become a convenient way to describe a request. Live WhatsApp calls are a separate integration, subject to calling availability, configuration and permission. We can evaluate voice providers for the language, latency and integration you need, including an authorised version of your own voice where the provider supports it.
What implementation includes
A scoped customer journey, screen and conversation design, backend integration, error handling, a staff handoff and operating notes. We test duplicate submissions, expired sessions and failed writes before a pilot. Your staff need a clear queue for exceptions and a way to pause automation.
Start with one complete transaction
For a service business, that could be booking one service at one location. Success means a customer can finish, the appointment exists in the source system, and staff can resolve the exceptions. Multi-location routing, payments and additional languages can follow when the first journey is reliable.
Common questions
Can my entire app run in WhatsApp?
The customer-facing journey can often stay in WhatsApp. Databases, authentication, administration and complex reporting still need connected services; some tasks are better completed on a secure web page.
Will this work with my existing number?
We check the number, current setup, provider onboarding and migration or coexistence options before making changes. Availability depends on the account and provider.
